SHIPPING POLICY:
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
To the best of our ability, orders received before 12:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday, will be processed the same day and no later than the next business day. All orders are sent from our Warehouse in Queensland, Australia.
Please also consider public holidays when checking the shipping. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your order please contact Customer Support.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
Deliveries to Australia – QLD, NSW, VIC and TAS generally takes 2 – 6 business days and
Deliveries to Australia – WA and NT generally takes up to 14 days.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT EDITING MY CURRENT ORDER?
If you have made an error with your order, please reach out to our Customer Team right away, to see if we can catch your order before processing. Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders once they have been processed.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a link and your tracking number. If your package has not arrived within the approximate timeframe advised, please call your local Post Office just to make sure it’s not waiting there for collection. If the parcel is not at the Post Office, please contact our customer service team and we can follow up for you.
