At Niche Biotics, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

How it works
If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, just email us at sales@nichebiotics.com.au with your order number. Because our products are consumables (food, drinks, sachets and powders), you won't need to post anything back to us — for health and safety reasons we can't resell returned food items, so we'll simply process your refund. Keep or dispose of the product as you see fit.

Once approved, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method — no questions asked.

Need a different product?
If you've ordered something that isn't quite right for you, email us at sales@nichebiotics.com.au — we're happy to help you find the right product and sort out a replacement.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Non-refundable items
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refund except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received it, contact us at sales@nichebiotics.com.au.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
